Freelance Mechanical Bias Technical Services ManagerCentral London Tier 1 Fit Out Contractor 450 per day ASAP StartWe are currently looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Bias Technical Services Manager on behalf of a leading Tier 1 fit out contractor for a major Cat B commercial fit out project in Central London.This is an opportunity to join a high performing project team delivering a large scale, high specification workplace scheme, reporting directly into the Project Director and taking ownership of services delivery across a key section of the project.The ideal candidate will come from a strong mechanical background but must also have solid exposure to the electrical aspects of complex fit out projects.Key Requirements:Proven experience working as a Technical Services Manager on large commercial fit out schemesPrevious exposure to projects valued at 50m+Strong mechanical bias with a good understanding of electrical packagesExperience managing subcontractors, programme coordination and technical deliveryAbility to work closely with project delivery teams, consultants and client representativesStrong communication and coordination skills within fast-paced Tier 1 environmentsProject Details:Large Cat B commercial fit outCentral London locationTier 1 contractorReporting into the Project DirectorLong-term freelance opportunityRate: 450 per day via Ltd Company or UmbrellaStart:ASAPIf interested, please apply with your latest CV or get in touch for a confidential ..... full job details .....
