Working closely with the Head of Estates, you''ll manage day-to-day service delivery, directly employed teams and contractors while supporting lifecycle planning, compliance and continuous improvement. The Role   As the Technical Services Manager (Fabric), you''ll: Manage planned fabric maintenance through Maximo, ensuring statutory and technical standards are met. Lead staff and contractors, monitoring response times and the quality of completed repairs. Manage allocated budgets and negotiate with suppliers to deliver cost-effective services. Coordinate condition surveys, maintenance records and information required for lifecycle planning. Review contractor RAMS and inspect working practices, quality and safety on site. Deputise for the Head of Estates when required by the senior management team.
