Responsibilities and duties of the Technical Service Manager roleReporting to the Technical Operations Director you will: Acting as the company''s Technical Authority to provide expert technical guidance and support across the full range of UPS systems and the associated power infrastructure solutions.Supporting all key stakeholders including UPS Field Service Operations, Projects, Sales, approved subcontractors and customers.Acting as the central point of contact for complex technical matters, fault resolution, product support and technical training,Ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence and customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring compliance with HSE and industry standards.Delivering effective solutions and drive continuous improvement.Travelling to sites across the UK where you will be supporting technical investigations, project delivery and training.
