Coordinating technical services with designers, consultants and project teams. Supporting tenders, client pitches and landlord licence-to-alter applications. Managing MandE subcontractors on site, ensuring quality, compliance and programme requirements are met. Overseeing commissioning, snagging and final handovers. Requirements: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree. Experience in commercial fit-out or refurbishment. Strong knowledge of MandE design, technical coordination and building regulations.
