Working for a major UK facilities management provider, you will act as the technical authority on site alongside the maintenance provider, bridging the gap between maintenance operations and long-term asset lifecycle management. This role would be ideally suited to someone who has worked within a challenging PFI environment, has an eye for detail and enjoys unpicking installed assets and systems, understanding compliance, system, design and asset replacement.
