Technical Services Manager

Ref: (phone number removed) Location: Birmingham (B15) Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm Pay: £50,000 - £58,000 per annum Duration: Ongoing Contract Long Term/Temp to Perm Duties Responsible for the delivery of building, fabric and civil related maintenance service in line with contractual obligations, industry best practice and relevant standards and guidance (HTM). The role is to ensure planned preventive maintenance, testing, breakdown maintenance and other contract management related activities on the estate are completed and records maintained. Manage site performance via use of CAFM systems and other digital based management tools Achieve and manage/maintain RP, DRP and other related AP and CP appointments in disciplines as requested by estates management team to support the contract where required and appropriate To be fully conversant with and to work to the current regulations, codes of practice, Health and Safety regulations (CDM), HTMs, and all safety rules Manage water related contracts and associated contractors across site. Ensuring all paperwork is delivered on time and works are completed in line with Equans KPI s and contract SLA s To manage contractors relevant to the discipline ensuring PPMs are booked in and completed within SLA, and any corrective/breakdown work completed within SLA.
