Technical Services Manager Knightsbridge, London £90,000 Immediate Start 12 Recruitment are currently working with a leading Main Contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their team on an ultra-luxury residential development in Knightsbridge, London. The project is approaching its final stages, so this is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Services Manager with strong experience delivering high-end residential schemes to take ownership of the technical services package through completion. Following completion of the Knightsbridge project, you will transition onto another ultra-luxury residential development in Belgravia, providing excellent continuity and long-term opportunity. The Role As Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing the MEP and technical services delivery across the project, working closely with the construction team, consultants, specialist subcontractors and client representatives. Key responsibilities include: Manage the delivery of all technical services and MEP works through the final stages of the project. Coordinate MEP subcontractors, consultants and specialist contractors. Review technical drawings, specifications and design information. Identify and resolve technical issues affecting programme, quality and buildability. Manage technical submissions, RFIs, design changes and approvals.
