With customizable and integrable products, we support growers, retailers, and consumers by enhancing returns and eating outcomes while minimizing waste along the supply chain.Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Post-Harvest Technical Services Assistant, working across both the Burntwood, UK office and fresh produce arrival facilities (in the UK and Rotterdam). The successful candidate will provide technical support, assess fruit packed with our RYPEN Technology, analyze data, and offer solutions to technical issues related to fresh produce.Responsibilities

Provide technical support for post-harvest operations involving RYPEN technology.Assess fruit packed with RYPEN and monitor performance against quality metrics.Analyze data and generate insights to improve shelf life, taste, and waste reduction.Collaborate with growers, retailers, and facilities across the UK and Rotterdam to resolve technical issues.Travel to facilities as required and on-site in Burntwood.Qualifications / experience

Minimum Bachelor\''s degree in agriculture or related field.Post-harvest experience and/or background in Agri-Food tech preferred.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Strong communication skills; ability to work across languages and cultures.Project management skills; ability to self-manage across multiple fruit arrivals.UK driver\''s licence required.Employment details
