Technical Services Advisor

The candidate will require the following to fulfill the role. Ideally, they will have a technical background such as a drawing/design office within the façade/construction sector.Be computer literate. Word, Excel, and Outlook.Proficiency in CAD software, with a minimum of 2D. Revit would be an advantage but is not essential.Ability to communicate at all levels, from stop-floor operatives to board level.General ResponsibilitiesAssist in the technical support of customers and potential customers.Help in understanding and correct application of our full range of products.Handle queries from clients, potential clients, and the sales team.Promote new products and full building solutions.Assist in the development of UK products.Help prepare priced estimates, budgets, and other data on Reyna Pro to meet customer and sales requirements. Training will be provided for this software. Reyna Pro also supports section generation for AutoCAD and thermal calculations.Provide project-specific solutions.Ensure cost-effective solutions are delivered.Record activities daily on Salesforce.Ability to use finite element software (Bisco/Therm). Training will be provided, and this skill is not essential.Produce static strength calculations using existing software, with training available.Assist in product testing of Reynaers products, including design proposals and interface detailing.Visit customers as needed to provide engineered solutions for Reynaers products.MethodPrepare CAD drawings, bills of materials, and technical specifications.Use specific software to generate structural, thermal, and CE verification.Have a good understanding of façade products and their application to building structures.GeneralStrive to increase personal knowledge of products and production techniques.Maintain adequate records at all times.Perform other activities as deemed ..... full job details .....
