As our
Technical Services Administrator , you''ll be the vital link between technical operations, suppliers, and our wider business. You''ll monitor and maintain our telecommunications networks, troubleshoot issues before they escalate, and keep everything from stock systems to billing records running smoothly.What You''ll Be Doing
Investigating and resolving network issues (proactive and reactive troubleshooting)Liaising with 3rd party providers and contractors to keep services runningTracking equipment and managing stock using our in-house systemsReviewing and resolving ''bad actors'' to improve network reliabilityCoordinating orders and deliveries for communication solutionsManaging communications billing and ensuring data accuracySupporting ad-hoc projects and team initiativesProviding outstanding customer support to both internal and external stakeholdersWhat We''re Looking For
Tech Skills:
Confident Excel user, IT literate, basic telecoms/networking knowledgeExperience:
