The role will oversee case management, engineer visits, process improvement, and customer liaison to ensure effective service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all technical support cases, coordinating across engineering and project teams to ensure effective resolution.Provide clear updates and briefings to senior management on case progress and actions.Plan and manage engineer site visits, ensuring correct equipment, logistics, and commercial arrangements are in place.Liaise with defence customers on technical and commercial aspects of support cases.Capture and track support trends, identifying improvements to processes and documentation.Manage small-scale projects within support or obsolescence programmes.Oversee escalation processes, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved ..... full job details .....
