The below job description will outline this position of: Technical Service Manager Typically, this person will be responsible for managing all UK Government CSCS4 support cases, ensuring SLA/KPI targets are met or exceeded. Acting as the key link between internal teams, MOD stakeholders, and senior management, you ll coordinate technical cases from start to finish, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Duties and responsibilities of the Technical Service Delivery Manager: Manage and coordinate all CSCS4 support cases for UK Government contracts Liaise with MOD teams, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues Oversee service visits, logistics, and equipment management Provide updates to senior management and deliver process improvements Train and support engineering staff and assist with new service launches Organise and manage engineer service visits, ensuring correct equipment, documentation, and logistics are in place. ..... full job details .....
