Technical Service Advisor Salisbury £28,337.36 Per AnnumOur well-established client is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and technical support within the Classic Automotive sector!Technical Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channelsProvide technical advice and product guidance to retail and trade customersPromote relevant products, upgrades, and alternative solutions to maximise sales opportunitiesAdvise customers on restoration services, product availability, lead times, and returns proceduresAccurately process customer orders using the company computer systemCommunicate any order delays, stock shortages, or unavailable parts to customersMaintain accurate customer records and order informationDevelop and maintain a strong knowledge of company products and servicesProvide technical support and troubleshooting where appropriateSupport Sales Assistants in developing product and mechanical knowledgeLiaise with internal departments to ensure effective communication and customer satisfactionEscalate customer concerns to the Customer Service Manager when requiredAssist other departments during busy periodsReport any unsafe working practices or faulty equipmentComply with company policies, procedures, and terms and conditions of employmentThe ideal Technical Service Advisor willHave previous experience within a customer ..... full job details .....
