The Technical Senior Team Manager will lead and oversee the Technical Department, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality of work while delivering exceptional technical customer service in an efficient and effective manner. Although previous technical experience, or experience within a similar environment, is highly desirable, this role places a strong emphasis on team leadership, people management, and driving departmental performance.
