Key Responsibilities Investigate and manage complaints relating to noise, dust, odour, smoke, light and other environmental nuisances . Assess contaminated land and other environmental risks associated with existing sites and proposed developments. Provide specialist Environmental Protection advice on planning applications, major developments and regeneration schemes . Assess technical information relating to air quality, environmental noise, emissions and other pollution risks . Provide clear technical advice, prepare reports and correspondence, and support proportionate enforcement action in accordance with relevant legislation.
