As a Technical Sales Support, your responsibilities will include:

• Support Regional Technical Managers with customer enquiries and area development
• Identify and qualify promising sales leads from multiple sources
• Handle technical product enquiries and requests for literature or samples
• Organise, register, and help secure bookings for CPD seminars
• Manage and follow up on contractor lists, sales leads, and live projects
• Maintain and update the company''s CRM system and database records

As a Technical Sales Support, your experience will include:

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales support role
• Confidence using CRM systems, or a willingness to learn quickly
• Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple enquiries at once
• Interest in developing technical product knowledge in the construction or waterproofing sector
• Experience arranging events, training sessions, or seminars is an advantage
