Overview: The Technical Sales Manager – Ventilation Products is a field sales role selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems. The role focuses on social housing, local authorities and new-build projects such as office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation, and related commercial projects. The majority of time will be spent generating specifications via building services consultants, MandE consultants, specifiers and housing developers, with the remainder selling into MandE contractors, main contractors, sub-contractors, developers and builders.Field sales position selling high quality ventilation products and systemsDevelop and generate specifications for projects typically around 50k to 500kBuild new business relationships and maximize opportunities from neglected accountsTarget social housing, local authorities and new-build projectsDeal with projects such as office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodationResponsibilities

Technical background in engineering or related technical field, with a desire to move into field salesStrong technical knowledge and capabilities, with HVAC product experience (ventilation products, ventilation systems, ducting units, air handling units, air conditioning, extract fans, heat recovery units)Experience with MandE consultants, social housing specifiers, main contractors and sub-contractors is advantageousTeam player, highly organizedJob Info
