Technical Sales Manager

Thermobile Industries BV is a leading Dutch Manufacturer of high quality industrial heating solutions. Through our UK subsidiary, Thermobile UK Ltd, we serve customers across the motor, agricultural, hire, horticultural and industrial sectors in the UK and Ireland. The Role: As Technical Sales Manager, you will take a hands on role in driving sales and supporting customers in the UK and Ireland. You will be actively involved in key accounts, distributor support and technical sales activities, while also leading the UK sales team. You will be based in Nuneaton, working closely with a compact and committed UK team of 9 colleagues. You will directly manage 2 Area Sales Managers and 1 Service Engineer. Together with the Office Manager, you will form the Management Team of Thermobile UK and play a key role in shaping the future of the organisation. Operational and administrative responsibilities will sit with the Office Manager, allowing you to focus on sales leadership, customer engagement and market growth. You will work closely with Thermobile UK team and with engineering, RandD and management colleagues in the Netherlands. Key Responsibilities: 1. Actively drive sales growth in the UK and Ireland 2.
