Technical Sales ManagerOur client supply specialist equipment designed and manufactured in-house for the Advanced Materials industry, our clients technology is sold throughout the world and offers customers research or production scale machine to process feedstock material into a range of high value-added products for the aerospace, defence, and general engineering sectors.As a Technical Sales Manager, you will play an integral part in identifying new business whilst maximising the relationship with our existing customers. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership team to develop and execute a sales strategy for the business.You will use your experience and industry knowledge to maintain an up-to-date awareness of the market and our competitors and use this information to support the sales strategy.Job Specification andQualificationsIdeally educated to degree/HND level in an engineering / science subject or qualified by experience.Reporting to the General Manager you will bring significant experience in selling large scale capital equipment.Lead and manage the Commercial and Sales team, ensuring they have the skills, capabilities and processes required to drive sustainable business growth.Conduct technical and commercial discussions with customers at all levels.Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects that drives top line growthManage and ensure the sales process maintains and delivers the overall business objectives for volume and overall gross margin ..... full job details .....
