Option 1: Civil engineering, construction management, or technical/project management undergraduate degree with 6 years of industry experience.Option 2: No degree but 8-10 years of experience in construction, e.g., as façade specialist or project manager focusing on SFS, drylining, curtain walling, or building envelope.Experience in reading design plans and working with main/subcontractors in Scotland.Strong network with contractors, building envelope consultants, and trade associations like CWCT or Passive House.Project-oriented with the ability to understand and advise on customer specifications.Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office; experienced in PowerPoint presentations.Scottish by origin or have resided in Scotland for over 5 years.Willing to travel within the area, including some overnight stays.About the Job

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will develop strategic relationships with building envelope consultants, contractors, and design teams to influence project specifications early. You will focus on façade solutions, helping manufacturers and installers of windows, drylining, and SFS. Your role involves identifying new projects, establishing connections, and selling SIGA products and services. You will provide technical advice, product training, and support project tracking using CRM tools. Attendance at industry events and close collaboration with internal teams are key.
