Technical Sales Manager Sensors Location: UK Field Based Home Office Hours: 37.5 hours per week Package: Competitive salary + performance-related bonus + company car + benefits The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive the growth of a specialist portfolio of sensor and electronic component technologies across the UK. This is an exciting field-based role for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with commercial sales, developing relationships with engineering teams and customers, and identifying new opportunities from initial design through to production. You will be responsible for developing new business, growing existing customer relationships and helping customers find the right technical solution for their applications. Key Responsibilities Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts across the UK. Build strong relationships with engineers, designers, purchasing teams and key decision makers. Identify new applications and markets for sensor and electronic technologies. Support customers through the design-in process, from initial specification through to production. Present and demonstrate products, focusing on technical and commercial benefits. Manage the sales pipeline and achieve agreed sales and margin targets. Work with internal teams and suppliers to deliver the right solutions for customers. Maintain accurate CRM information and provide regular sales forecasts and updates.
