Technical Sales Manager - Aerospace and Defence Adhesives SolutionsSector: Defence and Aerospace We are partnering with a leading specialist supplier of industrial adhesives, sealants, tapes, and advanced bonding solutions to recruit an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK Defence and Aerospace markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional to develop strategic relationships with some of the UK''s most recognised aerospace manufacturers, defence contractors, OEMs, and their associated supply chains. Working closely with engineering, procurement, production, and design teams, you will identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and position innovative adhesive and sealing solutions that support critical manufacturing and assembly processes. The Role Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic growth plan across the UK Aerospace and Defence sector. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities within Aerospace and Defence OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and manufacturing organisations. Manage and grow existing strategic accounts across the UK. Promote a portfolio of industrial adhesives, sealants, tapes, films, and specialty bonding products.
