Technical Sales Manager - Construction ComplianceLocation: Bracknell / Client SitesSalary: Competitive salary depending on relevant experience + commissionFull time / PermanentWe are recruiting for an experienced Technical Sales Manager to join a highly respected organisation within the construction and building services sector.This is a senior, client-facing position focused on large and complex construction projects, working with clients to understand, scope and secure the compliance testing and technical services required throughout their projects.You could be supporting a client on a major commercial development where multiple areas, systems or buildings require testing to demonstrate compliance. You will need to understand the project, interpret its requirements, establish the scope and volume of testing required, and work with internal technical teams to develop the right commercial solution.This is not a team management position. It is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can confidently manage major clients and complex, high-value projects.The Role Work with clients delivering large commercial construction and building projects.Attend construction sites and client meetings to understand the size, scope, programme and technical requirements of each project.
