Technical Sales Executive

Salary: Competitive + Company Vehicle/Allowance + Bonus (DOE) An established and growing electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Sales Manager to drive new business growth while supporting the delivery of high-quality electrical solutions across commercial, industrial, retail and facilities management sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong and commercially focused professional to play a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities, proactively engaging with decision-makers including facilities managers, landlords, consultants and project leads. You will attend site visits to assess requirements, scope works and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs while aligning with company capabilities and margins. A core part of the role will involve maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and securing repeat business. Acting as the main point of contact for key accounts, you will provide technical guidance and support, helping clients make informed decisions regarding installations, testing, inspection, remedial works and compliance requirements.
