Technical Sales Engineer
Walker Workforce Solutions has is excited to be working with a well-established UK precision engineering company that is currently investing in a major new project and is now looking for an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This opportunity would suit a technically minded sales professional with a strong background in precision engineering, ideally gained within aerospace, automotive, offshore energy, or other highly regulated engineering sectors. You will be experienced in working with tight tolerances, complex machined components, and detailed engineering drawings, and confident acting as the technical point of contact between customers and internal engineering and manufacturing teams. A consultative approach and the ability to build long-term, trusted customer relationships will be essential to success in the role. The position offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility alongside a high level of autonomy. You will have the opportunity to develop and grow your own customer base, shape your territory, and play a key role in the continued growth of the business, whilst being fully supported by experienced back-office, engineering, and commercial teams.
