Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow sales revenue. Proactively generate new business opportunities through market research, networking and industry engagement. Maintain and update customer records and sales activity within the company database. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate commercial agreements to secure profitable business. Provide technical advice and support to customers, ensuring products and solutions meet their operational requirements. Manage customer enquiries efficiently and deliver a high standard of service.
