Technical Sales Engineer

Position: Technical Sales EngineerLocation: Stanmore, MiddlesexSalary: 30,000 - 40,000 + bonus DOEWorking Hours: Monday - FridayOur client our a specialist supplier of bespoke Manufacturing machinery into production and FMCG environments. As a small, growing business, they are looking to expand their sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a Manufacturing or Engineering background to develop their technical knowledge, build customer relationships and grow within a developing business.The role would suit an engineer looking to move into technical sales, or someone with existing technical sales experience.Technical Sales Engineer Position OverviewDevelop a strong understanding of the company''s machinery and technical product range.Provide technical advice and support to customers and suppliers by telephone and email.Diagnose technical problems and recommend suitable solutions.Demonstrate and commission machinery for existing and prospective customers.Present equipment to clients in the company showroom.Diagnose and resolve machinery faults where required.Explain technical specifications and product benefits to customers.Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.Negotiate pricing and develop long-term customer relationships.Travel occasionally to customer sites across the UK, with travel expenses covered.Technical Sales Engineer Position RequirementsA background in Manufacturing or Engineering, gained through professional experience or ..... full job details .....
