A fantastic opportunity to join a long-established engineering business with over 60 years'' experience designing and manufacturing bespoke systems for advanced material processing.

With a presence in over 30 countries, this organisation is a global leader in advanced technology solutions for metal/ metal products.

This will be a predominantly office based role with some travel for trade shows and client briefing as required.

Technical Sales Engineer – The Role:

• Drive sales and business development activities across the UK and Europe.
• Develop relationships with end users across Aerospace, Gas Turbine, Automotive and related industries.
• Identify new business opportunities and support existing customer accounts.
• Work closely with Project Engineers, Technical Specifiers and Procurement Teams to understand customer requirements.
• Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations and product proposals.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events and exhibitions.
• Support marketing activities to promote innovative processing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop bespoke solutions for customer applications.

Technical Sales Engineer – What We''re Looking For:

• Graduates with 2-3 years'' industrial engineering experience and a strong interest in technical sales are encouraged to apply.

• Previous technical sales experience within engineering or process industries is advantageous but sales training will be provided.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer opportunities.
• Computer literate with a systematic approach to managing information.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Europe for customer meetings and exhibitions.
