This role combines customer relationship management, solution positioning, and project engagement across the full sales cycle, while working closely with engineering, sales, and supplier teams to drive growth and long-term value.What will you be doing? In this role, your responsibilities will include:Have full ownership over designated customers within the United KingdomDevelop and execute customer technology and commercial strategy and plans based on greatest opportunities for growth, through fact-based analysis and in-depth customer knowledgeDevelop customer relationships at all levels; understand engineering careabouts, build customer technical profiles including hierarchy, strategy, products and end-marketsIdentify projects at earliest stage of design cycle and understand what challenge is being solvedCo-ordinate Arrow Engineering teams and supplier resource to maximize product offering across all technologies and suppliersProgram manage customer engagement throughout the lifecycleCommunicate customer/project information to Internal Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, Engineering and Project Management teamsPro-actively develop and manage demand creation pipeline, maintain project tracking databaseWork ..... full job details .....
