JG Technical are partnering with a specialist engineering business to recruit a Technical Sales and Design Engineer a role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of system design, customer engagement and technical project delivery. If you come from LEV, HVAC, dust and fume extraction, cooling technologies, or a similar engineered systems background, this is a standout opportunity to step into a role where your design capability genuinely shapes the solutions delivered to customers. The Opportunity You ll be the technical heartbeat of the sales function, designing bespoke extraction and ventilation systems, visiting customers to understand their requirements, and overseeing projects from concept through to installation. This is a role for someone who enjoys variety: design work, customer interaction, site visits, supplier coordination, and ensuring projects run smoothly end to end. You ll also play a key part in maintaining quality standards and supporting internal teams with technical information. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming enquiries and convert them into engineered solutions Visit new and existing customers to assess requirements and build strong relationships Design HVAC, LEV, dust/fume extraction or ventilation systems to client specifications Provide technical support to sales engineers and office staff Plan, organise and supervise suppliers and installers, including site visits Arrange delivery of parts, equipment and oversee ..... full job details .....
