Technical Sales and Business Development Engineer Required! Our client is a specialist distributor of sensor technology, providing solutions across a range of industries and applications. On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Sales and Business Development Engineer to generate new business, develop existing accounts, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable solutions and prepare quotations. Package: Basic salary £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE) Commission Company car Company pension scheme Technical product training Opportunity to work within a specialist and varied technical market Technical Sales and Business Development Engineer - Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland. Prospect for new customers and build relationships across relevant industries. Manage and grow existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for additional sales. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical sensing solutions. Sell sensors, transmitters and related products across a variety of applications. Visit prospective and existing customers and provide technical guidance throughout the sales process. Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to securing the business. Work with OEM customers requiring sensors and modules for incorporation into their own equipment.
