Technical Sales Advisor

My client, based in Yeadon (Leeds) is a leading manufacturer of vehicle warning, lighting and signalling equipment that is supplied to customers worldwide. The range of products manufactured by my client includes LED lightbars as well as traditional strobe and Halogen lightbars. In addition the company also manufactures and supplies a full product range including LED beacons, strobe and rotating beacons, vehicle sirens, scene and work lights, along with vehicle interior LED lighting. NOW RECRUITING: they would like to find a Technical Sales Advisor. Main purpose of the role: You will coordinate all technical sales from enquiry through to quote and securing sales. The job role is to understand the customer needs, requirements and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for: Answering inbound sales queries and dealing with day to day sales activities Providing technical advice to customers over the phone and in person Achieving monthly targets Maintaining and developing relationships with customers Providing customers with quotations and closing sales The ideal candidate must have: Good telephone manner with excellent communication skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills A confident and determined approach The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Motivation and drive to succeed Highly proficient IT and numeric skills Planning and organisational skills Strong attention to detail ..... full job details .....
