This is an excellent opportunity for someone with housing repairs knowledge, strong customer service skills, and contact centre experience to play a key role in supporting residents and coordinating responsive repair services. The role is based on site in Ealing and involves providing a technically informed service to residents reporting housing repairs, accurately diagnosing repair issues, and ensuring repairs are allocated to the appropriate contractors.
