RandD / Technical Manager - Ashford, Kent About the Opportunity Paradigm Employment Services are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established international engineering and manufacturing business for an experienced RandD / Technical Manager. Reporting into the Technical Director, you''ll lead a small technical team while overseeing the development of new electronic hardware products from concept through to manufacture. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership and product innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a small RandD technical team Manage the development of new electronic hardware products Produce technical specifications and product documentation Liaise with suppliers throughout the product development process Support PCB/electronic board development Drive continuous product improvement and innovation Work closely with production and technical teams to ensure successful product delivery About You You''ll ideally have: Degree (or equivalent) in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline Experience managing technical or engineering teams Strong electronics design and product development experience Knowledge of PCB/electronic board development Experience working with suppliers and technical stakeholders Understanding of manufacturing processes and product development Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills What''s on Offer Salary of 42,000- 50,000 Bonus scheme ..... full job details .....
