You will act as the subject matter expert for specialist inspection processes, ensuring compliance with customer, industry and regulatory standards while supporting production, quality and continuous improvement activities. This is a hands-on role combining technical oversight, auditing, training, process development and inspection support. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership and oversight of specialist inspection processes. Ensure compliance with EN4179/NAS410, customer specifications and internal quality standards. Review, develop and improve inspection procedures, work instructions and calibration requirements. Support production teams with technical issues, non-conformance investigations and root cause analysis.
