Duties and responsibilities Project manage additional works that come off the back of service and maintenance work in the Service Department. To ensure the profitability of works by Confirming the exact parts required for the job and entering on the relevant call for purchasing to procure. Organise any access equipment needed to complete the project Providing clear instructions on the calls as to what is required for the engineer To ensure all calls get completed the first time and do not require a second visit - Target 97% first time fix Support engineers in the field with technical calls as required Work with the Field Line Managers to ensure teams are functioning efficiently.
