They have a large and growing portfolio across the UK, and technology is central to the experience they offer. The role You''ll lead technology delivery on several fit-out and infrastructure projects at once, from the early design stages through to handover. That includes new building fit-outs, full technology refreshes for refurbished floors, bespoke builds for new clients and significant network changes. You''ll work closely with internal tech and operations teams and manage third-party suppliers across cabling, AV, WiFi and telco. To keep delivery on track, you''ll build structured Waterfall plans, maintain RAID logs, manage risks and dependencies, and define test plans and acceptance criteria.
