This is a long-term interim contract, and they operate on a hybrid model (3 days per week in Central London.) Description Lead delivery of strategic transformation and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment to the unified business strategy and operating model. Build and maintain integrated delivery plans, coordinating delivery across application, data, security, infrastructure, product, operations and business readiness streams. Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and change to safeguard scope, timelines, budget and quality. Assess the quality, clarity and traceability of technical, product and business requirements against delivery outcomes. Facilitate discovery and problem-definition discussions to clarify outcomes, assumptions and decision points. Analyse stakeholders, influence paths and impacted groups to support alignment and adoption. Ensure relevant quality control processes are in place for all deliverables appropriate to level of risk.
