Clients can range from major power generators to waste management contractors and Renewable Energy Developers. Services include feasibility studies, concept and detailed designs, Owners Engineer services, and optimisation services.The Role:Project Manager and Technical Lead on projects, as well as being the Technical Specialist on relevant projectsWorking on several projects, all at different stages of the project lifecycle, posing different technical challengesWorking with clients to identify and address their needsManaging the project team and delivering to client expectationsCollaborating with senior Directors and technical teams to identify opportunities, produce proposals, and support bids for projectsWinning and delivering the workHelping the Company identify and deliver projects as well as delivering assigned workFlexibility in terms of travel and short term assignments around the UKRequirements:Educated with a Chemical Engineering degreeAn experienced Process Engineer with strong process design skillsAble to design Energy from Waste plants from conceptUnderstanding of FEED requirements and the technology involvedEnjoys problem-solving and finding appropriate solutionsComfortable in both office and site-based environmentsPrepared to travel to, and work on, client sites across the UKCompetent in contributing to any stage of any projectExperience in delivering an Energy from Waste project from conceptual design to commissioningAn experienced leader with the ability to oversee othersA confident communicator with strong rapport building and interpersonal skillsA consummate professional with attention to detailResults-driven with problem-solving capabilityCustomer-focusedThis is a great opportunity for a future leader, as there is an expectation that the role holder will grow with the business and potentially lead parts of it.Interested candidates should apply ..... full job details .....
