Programme Manager

with a strong background in semiconductor development. If you have a proven track record in managing projects related to digital or analog design, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role

As a

Programme Manager , you will lead the full project lifecycle from concept through to production, focusing on performance leadership in mixed-signal IC products. You will work closely with multi-functional silicon development teams to meet internal and customer commitments, ensuring alignment across all organisational levels.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end programme management for mixed-signal IC development, with a focus on digital or analog design.Collaborate with engineering, management, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and project transparency.Implement best practices and methodologies to drive efficiency and deliver repeatable, high-quality results.Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and maintain project momentum within budget and timelines.Champion lessons learned to continuously improve processes and avoid known issues.

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Extensive experience as a Programme Manager within the semiconductor industry, particularly with digital or analog design projects.Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage complex IC development projects.Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project.Solid understanding of product development cycles, from concept to production.
