This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a major retail ERP transformation, ensuring a successful delivery from planning through to go-live.Role OverviewLocation: Central London/Hybrid (2 days per week)Contract Length: 6 months initially with scope for extension Day Rate: £600- £700 per day Inside IR35Industry: Consulting / Retail / Digital TransformationWhat You''ll Be DoingLead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale S/4HANA transformation programme across multiple work streams.Establish programme governance, reporting frameworks and effective ways of working.Coordinate technical and business teams to keep delivery aligned, integrated and on track.Manage programme dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.Oversee business readiness activities, ensuring stakeholders are prepared for change at every level.Own cutover planning and execution, driving a smooth and successful go-live.Provide clear, transparent programme updates to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.Champion quality standards and ensure delivery remains aligned to strategic objectives.Drive organisational change and adoption throughout the transformation journey.Main Skills NeededProven experience leading SAP S/4 HANA Implementations within ..... full job details .....
