OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to join a fast growing payments team delivering innovative consumer facing products. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, driving end to end delivery of high impact programs with a strong focus on security performance availability and reliability.

You will act as a bridge between engineering infrastructure and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and successful product delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and drive end to end delivery of technical programs across payments products
Define requirements plan delivery timelines and manage execution
Act as the key interface between technical teams and business stakeholders
Manage risks issues and escalations while balancing business needs and technical constraints
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable solutions
Ensure high standards of performance security and reliability across all deliverables
Support product development from concept through to deployment
Work across multiple teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related IT discipline
Experience as a Technical Program Manager Software Engineer or Technical Lead
Strong track record of delivering software or infrastructure projects end to end
Experience working across cross functional teams in complex environments
Solid understanding of project delivery frameworks and methodologies
Experience with data centre networking or infrastructure environments
Familiarity with Linux Java and HTML
Proficiency in MS Office and project planning tools such as MS Project
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in payments or mobile payments
PMP certification
Experience managing complex technology infrastructure programs
Familiarity with AWS services
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
