Technical Products Adviser

Our client based in the shropshire countryside surrounding Much Wenlock is looking for a permanent full time technical product adviser to join and strengthen their team.
As part of the role, you will be regularly monitoring the technical enquiries email inbox, answering telephone calls, co-ordinating product enquiries, where you will be working within the technical team to provide product technical advice to customers, specifiers, and distributors on all our innovative range of building products including, internal and external wall insulation systems, render and plaster.
In addition, you will be monitoring stock of samples and replenishing when low, making samples when required, including mixing and application of product, supporting and leading product training days on and off site, and alongside this providing correct technical information to all departments and customers quickly and efficiently to maximise sales opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience with Plaster/Mortar or similar products.
- Willingness to be hands on in the role as will include mixing of the products
- Stock Control Experience
- Technical mindset
- Comfortable with preparing and delivering training on products to internal and external staff

Hours
9–5 Monday – Friday
½ Break unpaid

Salary
Circa £30,000 per annum
Depending on experience
