Technical Product Owner

Role Overview: Role: Technical Product Owner Salary: £70,000-£90,000 p/a (+ discretionary 7.5% annual bonus) Location: Hybrid - London 2 days per week The Opportunity: Our client, an innovative medical technology business operating within the global life sciences sector, is looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to join its growing technology team. The successful candidate will sit at the intersection of Product, Business and Engineering, taking ownership of prioritisation while working closely with Developers, Testers and senior stakeholders to turn complex business requirements into clear, deliverable solutions. This isn''t a traditional Product Owner role focused purely on backlog management. You''ll need to be technically fluent, comfortable discussing APIs, data models and system behavior with Developers, and confident making value-based decisions around features, technical improvements and defects. You''ll also have the opportunity to shape how the Product function develops as the team grows, with an expectation to eventually take responsibility for mentoring and line managing a Business Analyst.
