This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer support with technical troubleshooting, product knowledge, and systems-based problem solving in a fast-paced environment.The role as a Technical Product AdvisorThis is a varied, hands-on position where you will act as a key link between customers, products, and internal technical teams, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and accurately while delivering an excellent customer experience.Key responsibilities include:Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and digital channelsDiagnosing product and technical issues and providing clear guidance and solutionsManaging orders, replacements, warranty claims, and complaintsMaintaining accurate CRM records and case documentationSupporting system testing, UAT, and rollout activities (CRM/SAP systems)Working with internal teams to improve processes and system performanceCoordinating with logistics and 3PL partners for UK/EU shipmentsPreparing and checking export documentation and supporting shipment trackingLogging product faults and identifying recurring issues and trendsSupporting continuous improvement and service enhancement initiativesAbout YouExperience in a customer ..... full job details .....
