Technical Process Operator/Process Technician

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Process Operator to join the Technical Department at Totally Natural Solutions, part of ADM, based in Paddock Wood.This hands-on role focuses on operating specialist CO extraction equipment to produce high-quality hop extracts used in the food and beverage industry. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of two CO extraction machines and associated equipmentMaintain excellent housekeeping standards across the department to support food safetyAccurately label, pack, and complete production documentation in a timely mannerSupport site-wide waste reduction initiatives in line with company policyFollow HACCP procedures and Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs)Work in accordance with food quality standards (ISO FSSC22000, ISO9001)Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements and proactively identify potential risksReport accidents, near misses, and damage promptly to managementSkills and AbilitiesEnthusiastic, hardworking, and committed to high standardsStrong attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAble to work both independently and as part of a teamConfident communicator with a willingness to ask questions and learnGood IT skills and ability to complete documentation accuratelyComfortable working with machinery and industrial processesAble to work in ..... full job details .....
