Technical Project Manager - Engineering / NPILocation: Dartford (Hybrid Working) We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical or engineering background, looking to take ownership of complex New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within an innovative manufacturing environment. Our client is a market-leading engineering organisation that designs and delivers innovative safety technology solutions for commercial vehicles and mobile machinery. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Technical Project Manager to support the successful delivery of engineering projects from concept through to production.The Role As Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing NPI projects, developing project management processes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.Key responsibilities include:Managing end-to-end engineering and NPI projectsDeveloping and maintaining project plans, documentation and reportingCoordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and stakeholdersSupporting product development, lifecycle management and process improvementsManaging project risks, changes, timelines and delivery challengesBuilding strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teamsDriving improvements in project delivery methodologiesAbout You You will be an experienced Project Manager with a background in a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment.You will ..... full job details .....
