Technical Planning Coordinator - ECandILocation: Speke, LiverpoolSalary: 42,000 per annumType: Full-time, Permanent HRGO Recruitment is working with an established engineering and systems integration business to recruit a Technical Planning Coordinator to support its ECandI Construction team. The role will provide planning, coordination and administrative support to the Construction Manager, helping to coordinate a team of ECandI installers and commissioning engineers working across the UK. You''ll play a key role in ensuring projects are properly planned, resources are allocated effectively and site teams have the people, materials, documentation and support required to deliver safely and efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the construction resource planner, coordinating labour across upcoming projects.Liaise with Project Managers and the Construction Manager regarding project requirements and mobilisation dates.Identify resource clashes, labour shortages and potential delays.Act as a key communication point between Construction and other departments.Support site teams with project, material, documentation and logistical queries.Coordinate and check weekly timesheets.Chase outstanding RAMS, permits, FOAs, materials and documentation ahead of mobilisation.Maintain training and competency records, including the ECandI training matrix.Support workforce planning, project mobilisation and construction readiness.Maintain accurate trackers, records and ..... full job details .....
