Technical Paraplanner Location: Liverpool / Hybrid Salary: Up to £45,000 + Annual Bonus Contract: Full-Time, Permanent NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a forward-thinking financial planning business in Liverpool who are looking to appoint an experienced Technical Paraplanner to join their growing team. This is not a traditional, process-driven paraplanning role. It is an opportunity to join a business that takes a genuinely personalised approach to financial planning, where technical expertise, critical thinking and high-quality advice are at the heart of everything they do. As a Technical Paraplanner, you will be the analytical force behind the advice process, working closely with Financial Planners, Client Partners and Client Facing Paraplanners to ensure every recommendation is technically robust, compliant and tailored to the individual client. The Role You will take ownership of the technical construction of financial plans, interpreting detailed client information, challenging assumptions and exploring the options available before developing a clear and robust advice framework. This is a behind-the-scenes technical specialist role. You will not be client meeting focused. Instead, you will use your analytical expertise to ensure advisers have the technical insight and high-quality documentation they need to deliver excellent outcomes.
