Technical Operator

Your responsibilities will include:Operating and monitoring production equipment and machinery.Carrying out routine line checks and basic fault finding.Supporting the achievement of daily production targets.Maintaining excellent hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.Completing production records and quality documentation accurately.Identifying and reporting safety or quality concerns.Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth shift handovers and efficient operations.Contributing ideas for continuous improvement and process optimisation.Operating forklift trucks safely where required (training/authorisation provided where applicable).What We''re Looking ForEssential:Experience working in a commercial food production or catering ..... full job details .....
